We are happy to offer store credit for an exchange on non-custom jewelry pieces within 3 days of receiving your jewelry.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods
FINE JEWELRY /CUSTOM JEWELRY
Jewelry must be exchanged in the same condition and working order, including packaging, as originally received. We do not allow exchanges on any altered items.
All purchases on markdown items and Pre-owned Designer Jewelry are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
All custom jewelry orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit.
All purchases on custom jewelry are final sale, this includes name necklaces engraved items, and custom pieces.
WATCHES
Watches may be returned for a store credit towards another watch purchase, at the discretion of management, and subject to a 30% restocking fee
Watches must be in the same condition and working order, including paperwork and packaging, as originally received.
LUXURY HANDBAGS
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the items we sell, we will only refund based on questions of authenticity. If available, confirmation or proof from a recognized authority is appreciated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
